Wedding Body Work Out

In preparation of my wedding, I worked out at a studio 3 times a week doing high intensity interval training (HIIT) for an hour long after work. Each workout includes a warm up, a four tabata exercises, and a cool down.

Before we begin, a tabata workout is a high interval training of 20 seconds exercise 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds. The goal is to reach half the number of reps from the first round on your last round. Please remember that proper form is your friend, this will help decrease any risk of injury!

  2. Push Ups
  3. Tricep Dips
